Qwest Announcement


Qwest has changed requirements to warm transfer calls to the Bandwidth Builders Call Center. This change dictates that Partners must drop off the call when the client verifies their credentials and establishes credit with the Qwest personnel. This change was recently made when Qwest trained personnel to follow their new privacy procedures.
